Malware and Harmful File Uploads
Uploading files that have potential to endanger either users of TRupload or the website itself are strictly prohibited.
Nudity and Grotesque Images
TRupload is NOT a pornographic website, therefore any images that include nudity will be removed immediately. This also includes grotesque images. If you are unaware if an image is considered nudity or grotesque, it is most likely not an image that should be uploaded.
Stealing
Any upload that is reported stolen with proof will be removed upon investigation, and the uploader will be banned. TRupload is NOT responsible for stolen files, upload carefully!
File Privacy and Searching
If you would like to keep an upload private, simply do not enter a title and author name. Since TRupload has no way to restrict users from viewing these files, we cannot tell you that they are impossible to find. If a user is somehow able to guess the upload number, then they will be able to view and/or download that file, however these files will NOT appear when searched. If a file is not an image or swf, it will automatically be considered private, and will not be listed when searched.
We reserve the right to delete ANY file
TRupload maintains the right to delete any file without warning. Though this will happen rarely to never, this right must be realized as to inform you, the user, of the possibility. If there is ever an occasion where all uploads must be removed, a warning will be posted on the homepage atleast one week before deletion.
